We would strongly suggest to contact your insurer first before considering sending your device to repair to Wriggle and see what your repair/fix/replacement options would be. Currently the insurance providers we suggest work separately from Wriggle and they might take a different course of action.
You can send your device to our offices to a free evaluation and diagnosis on the issue. Please note for the repair might be a cost involved.

The device must be shipped in a box fit for purpose and wrapped protectively. Please fill all voids in the box to avoid movement in transit with filler such as paper or bubble wrap.
Please ensure you include your ticket number with the package so we can allocate to the correct enquiry.
Please do not ship the device with accessories such as pens, chargers or cases unless the fault is related to the accessory. Wriggle will not be responsible for these items if shipped in error.
We request that you please disinfect the device with a disinfectant wipe prior to packaging in the interest of health and safety and to reduce the possibility of any COVID-19 transmission.
Wriggle recommends that you adhere to the above recommendations in relation to preparing your package for delivery.
